Are you ready to make the changes that will support your best health?

My four month program will move you through the five essential lifestyle areas for increased wellness. I will provide resources and materials for you as you move through the 16 weeks. We will have eight one-on-one sessions throughout the course of the program to individualize it and provide personal support. In addition, you will have access to me, as well as group support in the weekly 90 minute virtual meetings, as well as membership in the private group Facebook page.

I completed a round of whole30 with Julie’s guidance earlier this year as a means to rule out any food sensitivities. Not only did I complete this round, but I also came away with a new outlook on food and overall health, much in thanks to Julie! Throughout the journey Julie was right by my side, and always encouraged me to keep going when I was ready to throw in the towel. She continually pushed me to set my own goals, and always asked how she could help me achieve these goals.
