My four month program will move you through the five essential lifestyle areas for increased wellness. I will provide resources and materials for you as you move through the 16 weeks. We will have eight one-on-one sessions throughout the course of the program to individualize it and provide personal support. In addition, you will have access to me, as well as group support in the weekly 90 minute virtual meetings, as well as membership in the private group Facebook page.
