Are you struggling with inflammation? Are you fatigued and in pain? Perhaps you are not sure what is going on with your body, or you are recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

I was there too …

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2004. I spent a decade declining and adding prescriptions to my regimen. I continued to add diagnoses too: celiac, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s. I believed it when the doctors told me that there was nothing I could do to reverse my decline. In 2014 I started to research and learn about diet, lifestyle medicine, alternative approaches to health, and biohacking. It was the beginning of my health journey. I am now off nine of the ten prescriptions I was taking in 2014 (I take thyroid hormone), and I feel fantastic. No more pain. No more fatigue. No more wishing I could participate fully in my life!

As I healed, I became determined to help others find their path to wellness and take their power back. I trained to become a Certified Human Potential Coach and then went on to become a Certified Functional Medicine Coach so that I can best help my clients find true wellness. This is my passion! I know what it is like to live in pain and too fatigued to be the person you once were. I am here to help you reverse those symptoms and reclaim your life. You don’t need to walk this path alone.

“I got to a point in my life where I was sick and tired, literally. I was overweight, out of shape and eating exceptionally poorly. I knew I had to make a change. I tried making those changes on my own but I just couldn’t get healthier. Eventually, I was introduced to Julie Michelson … and my life changed. With Julie’s help I’ve taken back control of my life. She has an incredibly caring and supportive approach that was perfect for me. Her holistic approach helped me physically, mentally and emotionally become a better version of myself. If you are battling weight-loss, depression and generally poor health, I wholeheartedly endorse Julie as the change agent to make you a healthier and happier person.” – Jason K.

“I have enjoyed working with Julie and look forward to what’s in the future. She helped me to prepare for heart surgery – changing my diet and attitude – to get me to a healthier place. I love her gentle spirit and how she balances coaching and compassion. She knows when to push and when to give grace. She’s also fun and can make me laugh even when I don’t want to.” – Stephanie

“I would like to say that my experience with Julie Michelson and The Whole 30 program has been life changing. A year ago I was way overweight with bad eating habits, napping a lot and intestinal issues. Nine months later I’m 50+ pounds down, no more prescription med’s and lots of energy with clear thinking. And maintaining! Julie’s coaching helped me understand my body’s relationship with food … she kept me accountable and encouraged me to my goal. She answered my questions during our meetings with great advice. Thanks Julie!” – Gary

“I completed a round of whole30 with Julie’s guidance earlier this year as a means to rule out any food sensitivities. Not only did I complete this round, but I also came away with a new outlook on food and overall health, much in thanks to Julie! Throughout the journey Julie was right by my side, and always encouraged me to keep going when I was ready to throw in the towel. She continually pushed me to set my own goals, and always asked how she could help me achieve these goals. Julie was (and still is) an excellent resource, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health!” – Ashley

“I woke up this morning and was getting ready, doing my morning routine and thought, look at this person. How much growth I have seen in a year. This person with all her conscious decisions, putting collagen and turmeric in her coffee, making a healthy breakfast, sporting her natural hair and feeling comfortable in her natural state. Thank you for coming into my life and teaching me so much. xoxo” – Brittany
