Objections / FAQs

If I have tried anti-inflammatory diets in the past to no avail, will this work for me?
We will tailor your diet to your body and its reactions, as well as addressing the four other areas that impact inflammation

Do I have to participate in the group calls?
Group health coaching has been proven to improve patient outcomes. You will not be required to share anything you don’t want but attending the group calls will be very beneficial.

I might miss some of the scheduled group calls, will I be left out of the loop?
The calls will be recorded and available on the program site. If you have questions or comments and know you will miss the meeting you can email me ahead of time and they will get addressed just for you on the call.
