We often focus on making sure our water is well filtered, which is essential. And perhaps drinking out of glass...YES!
And, hopefully you are making sure to drink enough water daily, or at least working on it.

But, did you know that if you are doing all of the above you still may not be well hydrated?

I definitely recommend using a reverse osmosis water filter, especially for your drinking water. However, along with the toxins and other chemicals, minerals are also filtered out in the process.
Our food system is also depleted in most trace minerals, as the soil has become more depleted.

This is why you may be dehydrated, even if you drink plenty of water. We need trace minerals to support optimal function.
Trace minerals support energy, metabolism (weight) nerve function, immune system, mood, exertion recovery, digestion, bones, joints, teeth, and can even help reduce cravings. Consuming trace minerals can help keep electrolytes balanced, which is great news! The majority of electrolyte drinks and powders available have junk ingredients. And even most of the good ones have sweeteners like stevia added.

If you struggle with energy, light-headedness, weight management,  muscle cramping, or feel like your water goes right through you, OR you filter your water and don't add minerals back in taking the simple step of adding trace minerals to your water may be a game changer!

My favorite way is to add drops of Concentrace to my water every day. Whether you try Concentrace drops, or another product, I HIGHLY recommend consuming trace minerals to support your health.

Cheers! 💦
