Be Your Own Best Valentine All Year Long!

What if you focused on your well-being?

Sometimes we need to hold things (even health) a bit more gently than we tend to. In this month's Best Holistic Life Magazine issue, I share Top Tips to Boost Wellbeing by Showing Your Body Some Love.

I want to be sure you get those tips as well!

If you have been with me for a while, the tips will likely be familiar:

  1. Listen to your body! It is always giving you information.
  2. Nourish yourself with whole, healthy foods.
  3. Intentionally Indulge.
  4. Hydrate with Purpose.
  5. Include Joyful Movement.
  6. Rest Restoratively.
