As we move from one season into the next, it is the perfect opportunity for a reflection pause and a great time to set new intention!

As spring winds its way toward summer (or fall to winter), the time is ideal to take stock and review the past few months to see where you are with your intentions and goals.
  • How are you doing with your movement practice?
  • How is your self care?
  • Have you been eating to support your health?
  • Are you prioritizing your sleep?
  • Have you taken action to reduce your toxin exposure?
  • Are you making time for your passions?
Of course, you may want to take stock in other areas of life as well, but I will focus on these for now.

Look for the UP-LEVEL!

Choose only one area to focus on.

This way you make your goals achievable and your intentions become your actions.

Be specific about that one thing that you will do to take it to the next level.

How will you implement?

How often?

When?

My up-level is to improve my exercise routine, specifically to increase my strength.  So I will be taking my strength training up a notch.  Not revamping my entire routine, just increasing commitment to heighten my focus on building muscle.

Take Action

  1. Pause.
  2. Reflect
  3. Focus
  4. UP-LEVEL
