There are always themes that come up when I am coaching my private clients.
This week's theme has been time with friends.
I am sure you know that spending time with a friend feels good...but do you know it is good for your health?
It is!
Social connections improve mood, increase sense of purpose, improve cognition, reduce stress, and improve cardiovascular health.
And time with friends is FUN!
But here's the thing...
If you don't schedule it, it won't happen.
We often think of socializing as a luxury, and fill our calendars with our to do list.
Since time with friends is so good for our mental and physical health, doesn't it warrant a place on your schedule?
I believe it does! I highly recommend that you prioritize getting some social time added to your calendar ASAP! I know I am 😊
