I wanted to remind you why it is absolutely essential to make sure you are drinking enough clean (non-flouridated) water every day.

I realize that everyone isn't a fan of drinking water. It can sometimes be helpful to make an infusion by adding some fruit (like lemon) or vegetables (cucumber for example) or even herbs (mint is refreshing).

Carry a reusable bottle that is NOT plastic. I like the glass bottles with silicone sleeves, stainless are good as well.
Set reminders to drink throughout the day.
Tracking your intake by using an app on your phone can be helpful and fun if you find it challenging to drink enough water.
Remember...the quality of your water is extremely important! Make sure you are drinking water that is free from contaminants and chemicals.
