It's Time To Bounce Back!

You may already know that I like big results with less effort. And, I like getting multiple results with one activity.  This is why one of my favorite pieces of home equipment is a rebounder.

That's right!  A mini trampoline!

Why?

1️⃣  - It is FUN!
And we know that having fun is good for your health!  Having fun helps get you out of a stress state and releases your "feel good" neurotransmitters.

2️⃣  - It is a great way to get EXERCISE!
It can be used very gently as a low (or no) impact exercise.  They even sell some with handlebars that can be used for increased security and stability.

Rebounding can be done in many different ways to enhance aerobic ability and/or strength train.

3️⃣  - DETOX, DETOX, DETOX!
 Using a rebounder regularly helps support your lymphatic system and allows your body to detox more efficiently (and it's a lot more fun than regular coffee enemas!).

Simply bouncing gently on your rebounder, without your feet leaving the mat, will help increase lymphatic drainage.  This can be done while watching tv, for example.

Not enough reason for you?

How about these other health benefits that have been studied:

  • Improved blood sugar stabilization
  • Weight loss
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Increased lung capacity
  • Reduces fatigue
  • Supports immune health
  • Improves sleep
You get the idea... the list is practically unending!

Take Action

Perhaps you have one tucked away somewhere.  If so, I encourage you to pull it out and start using it again.

If not, I encourage you to try one!

There are classes available at many gyms.  Or even better, ask your friends if they have one, and try theirs.
