The holidays are upon us.  And while it can be a special time of year, it can also be a challenging time of year...which can effect your health.

This year, if you focus on ONE THiING to sail through the holiday season smoothly, and with your health at its best...focus on your SLEEP.

Yes...sleep your way to a great New Year's.

Maintaining your bedtime routine and making sure to get to bed on time is absolutely essential!
Now more than ever!

Perhaps it will be helpful to set a reminder on your phone that it is time to wind down and begin your nightly routine to assure that you get to be on time.

I know there are often extra things to get done this month...don't fall for shorting your sleep.
Getting consistent, high quality, sleep will keep you resilient.

Let that be your word for the season!
