And I am already looking forward to next year’s event so that I can spend time, in person, with this brilliant crew.

Positive mindset is contagious.
It is easier to eat a healthy diet if you are around others who value health.
Friends can encourage and support each other to stick to exercise routines.
Take Action
Think about the people you spend the most time with. Are they lifting you up? Or dragging you down? If they are not inspiring you to aim higher, think of someone who does. Can you add some time with someone who motivates you to your schedule? Build a tribe that supports your journey!
