Part of an effective stress management routine is to be sure to participate in activities that "fill your cup."
Making time for your hobbies falls under this category.
Managing chronic stress is essential to reducing inflammation and improving health!
Depending on what it is you like to do, you may get a variety of benefits.
From art to paddle boarding, the list of possibilities is endless.
Often we have a story in our heads that doing something we enjoy is a luxury, and perhaps we can't afford to spend our time that way.
Rubbish! Our hobbies can relax us, recharge us, and fuel us.
This helps us be more effective and efficient in all that we do.
So I say we can't afford NOT to do the things we enjoy on a regular basis.
