I was really excited this morning to see Dr. Mark Hyman's Instagram post on the importance of our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs on our biology.
This is such an important conversation!
And we need to keep having it.
It can be so much easier to focus on creating healthy habits around nutrition, sleep, exercise, and detox...
But what are you telling your body? It will believe whatever it hears.
Do you know that it can be difficult to heal if you don't believe you can?
By working on creating a healing mindset, you can literally change your health at the cellular level.
I know this sounds "woo woo." But the science is growing (and has been around for a long time).
Your beliefs and thoughts influence your body on a cellular level. This is powerful!

Like all other areas of health, it takes time to work on our mindset and have it support health. And...it is always on ongoing process!
Take Action
Check in with yourself. If you aren't already actively working on these areas, start to notice your thoughts, beliefs, and self talk. See if you can catch yourself, and shift to positive thoughts and beliefs. Add them in when you can. Perhaps add them to your journaling...
