I have heard from so many people (in the U.S.) this week that Daylight Savings has been rough!

Here in the states we lost an hour of sleep a few nights ago and I know it has people feeling the effects.

Extra tired?
Unusually grumpy?
Increased appetite?

It's not too late to take some extra steps to support your body!

Make an effort to get to bed just a bit earlier.
Give yourself an extra few minutes in the morning to wake up.
Be sure to drink extra water and stay hydrated.
If you mood is off, try to give yourself some grace...and some space.

If you are in Europe, you can be proactive!
Start adjusting your sleep schedule ahead of time.
Incrementally, get to bed a bit earlier each night heading into daylight savings.  This will allow your body a smooth transition.
And...see the list above.

I promise, it helps!

Take Action

Take a few moments and check in with yourself.  Do you notice anything that is a bit off as a result of Daylight Savings?  If so, make an adjustment.  If you are in the EU, start with adjusting your sleep schedule NOW!
