Have you ever wondered how some folks seem to effortlessly sail through their day, juggling work, health, and personal passions, while others get bogged down in the grind? The secret? It's all in the blueprint! a.k.a. ROUTINE!

As someone who understands the dual challenge of pushing boundaries professionally while managing autoimmune conditions, I've got a special treat for you. Dive into my tailored routine guide, designed just for high-flyers like you, to help you strike that perfect balance between peak performance and immune balance.

The more you need to accomplish, the more important your routine is.  The following is a framework, with some suggestions.  I help my clients create and execute their personalized routine that optimizes their health and performance.  So, as you read on, consider what your non-negotiables are that keep you at your best and include those in your blueprint.

Morning Ritual
You can set your whole day up for success by starting out the right way.  Consider including some (or all) of these rituals in your morning routine.
  • Morning Sunlight – get at least 10 minutes of sunlight in your eyes to set your circadian rhythm.  This will help support quality sleep!
    • Habit Stack – stand barefoot on the earth while you soak up that sunlight.
  • Mindful Beginnings – start with 5 minutes of meditation to set yourself up in a positive way.
    • Up-level – Include gratitude journaling as well.
  • Movement Matters – Take some time to get your body moving.
    • Yoga, stretching, or an energizing work out.
  • Fuel Your Day – If you eat breakfast, focus on clean protein, healthy fats, and include veggies to start your day strong, and keep you going.

Midday Magic
Discover the power of a refuel during the day.  Make sure to include a healthy lunch to fuel your afternoon. Here are some of my clients’ favorite daytime recharge activities:
  • Grounding
  • Walk in nature.
  • Meditation
  • Power nap

Bedtime Routine
Babies aren’t the only ones who thrive with bedtime routines! We need them too! Having a routine at the end of the day signals our brain that it is time to wind down, and this improves sleep quality.
  • Avoid or block blue light two to three hours before bedtime.
  • Read something relaxing.
  • Gentle yoga or stretching.
  • Another great opportunity for meditating or gratitude journaling.

Remember: while this blueprint is a fantastic starting point – you are unique. Your ambitions, your autoimmune journey, and your daily rhythms are exclusively yours. So, take this blueprint, play around with it, and craft your own personalized routine.

If you discover some cool tweaks or routines that work wonders for you, give me a shout by replying to this email.

And, if you need support taking your power back from autoimmunity, I have availability in my schedule for two new clients.  Apply below if you are interested in meeting to see if we are a good match.
