Did you know that sugar is inflammatory...for everybody? I am not just talking about sweet treats and pastries.

If you eat any processed or packaged foods, it is likely that they contain hidden sugars that you might be unaware of.

Even salad dressings, condiments, soups, and sauces are often loaded with sugar. This is why it is important to become a sugar detective.

Reading the labels on every package, bottle, or box you use is the best and only way to know how much sugar you are consuming.

It is the only way to accurately assess just how much sugar you are consuming.

And don't worry...it doesn't mean that you have to make EVERYTHING from scratch.

There are more and more truly clean products hitting the market that don't have added sugars.

I know it may take you an extra few minutes in the market, but the outcome will be worth it!

One easy shortcut is to purchase items that are marked Whole30 approved, as they will not have added sugar.

Take Action

Go on a sugar hunt in your kitchen. Check the labels in your pantry and fridge for added sugar.

This will allow you to see where sugar is sneaking into your diet.

Once you get used to looking at labels, challenge yourself to check labels before you buy.

You will be amazed at how reducing your sugar intake can improve how you feel!

That's it! Simple!
