Exercise is important… But…

Did you know that over-exercising is inflammatory?

We all know that movement is important for maintaining good health!

And so many of us with autoimmunity feel that our mobility is threatened at some point.

Many of my clients are determined to maintain their exercise regimen, even when it might not be the best idea for their health.

They don't want to give up one more thing!

So… [Page//First Name], where is the sweet spot?

Your body will tell you what movement routine is supporting, and what isn't.

But you have to listen for the feedback!

If you "pay the price" when you exercise, chances are good that you are overdoing it for where your health is currently.

The proper exercise level should energize you and make you feel good.

If it takes a day or two to bounce back from exercising, it is time to dial it back.

Depending on your current health, you may need to be more gentle than you imagine.

Take Action

Tune in and pay attention to the information your body is giving you after you exercise.

If you feel well, and perhaps invigorated, keep it up!

If you realize that it causes fatigue and you need a day or two to bounce back, try a gentler option!

Listen to your body!  More isn't always better!
