You have probably heard that spending time in nature is good for your health.

But do you know just HOW good it is?

Time in nature can be anything from relaxing in your yard, to outdoor adventure, like mountain climbing or white water rafting... any everything in between!

No matter how you choose to spend time outdoors, it is important to make sure you get out there!

Spending time in nature is a great way to reduce stress. As a result, it can lower inflammation.

If you are exercising in nature, then you get even more benefit, as both are stress reducers and good for your health.

Spending time in nature can also boost the immune system.

Time outside can help increase vitamin D absorption, which can strengthen bones and help prevent illness.

And… multiple studies have shown that time outdoors can increase happiness.

Who doesn't want more happiness!?!

Take Action

Think about how you can add some time in nature to your week.

What activities do you already do, that you can do outdoors?

What do you enjoy doing outside?

Plan some time in nature this week.

I'll see you here next week!
