Happy Thanksgiving! (No matter where you live!)
One of the BEST things you can do for your health is practice gratitude. I don't mean to be grateful.
I am referring to having a gratitude practice incorporated into your daily routine.
Why practice gratitude?
Maintaining a gratitude practice increases happiness and satisfaction and improves mood. But that is just the beginning!
Practicing gratitude can have tremendous positive impact on health. It increases resilience, improves sleep quality, reduces fatigue and reduces inflammation.
Talk about a Big Bang for the buck!
So whether you live in the United States or elsewhere, today is the perfect time to begin including gratitude in your daily routine.
My favorite way to practice gratitude is to keep a gratitude journal.
You don't need to be a talented writer to get amazing results from this exercise. Simply write down at least three things each day that you are grateful for. You can write more than three, but three is sufficient.
That's it! It should only take a couple of minutes a day, but the results will be exponential!
Take Action
Start that gratitude journal today. Any notebook will do. What are your three things?
If you are reading this...I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOU!
