With the holidays soon upon us, it may feel like 2021 is just about over.

But..there is still time to make progress on your goals.

With just over three weeks left, we can still take action. Don't wait until January!

Did you set a goal or intention for yourself this year that never got put into action? Or perhaps you started and got side tracked.

Now is the time to take JUST ONE STEP toward that goal.

If you intended to focus on eating better, but never got around to it, or perhaps didn't stick with it, it is not too late!

I invite you to add in an additional serving of vegetables every day.

Even with family gatherings and holiday meals, extra veggies is a doable upgrade.

Did you plan to up your exercise game this year?

Make the effort to increase your steps over the next few weeks.

The little things add up. Park at the far end of the lot. Take the dog on an extra walk. Take some work calls on your cell phone.

Step toward 2022 with purpose!

Was improving your sleep on your list for this year?

You have twenty-one opportunities to put some attention on your zzz's. This is the perfect time of year to be sure to prioritize your sleep so you can be refreshed and refueled for your celebrations.

Perhaps stress management was on your list to up level. I can't think of a more timely thing to focus on.

With the busy season, what is one thing you can do daily to help recharge your batteries?

Creating some protected time for yourself to practice meditation, go for a walk, take a bubble bath… whatever serves you best, will help you roll into next year ready to take on bigger goals.

Whatever it was that you had intended to to for your health in 2021 that may have fallen a bit short, take one tiny step toward your goal right now.

The important thing is to put some energy and attention toward yourself as we wrap up the year.

It is easy to be focusing on others at this time, but the extra attention on yourself with serve everyone you care about.

Take Action

Find that one area of wellness that you want to move forward, and take a small step toward your goal for the next three weeks.

That's it!

Take just one small step to be closer to your goals as we get closer to the New Year.
