Are you a perfectionist?
Is it holding you back?

Perfection is often the road block to progress!
So often, when we are trying to create a new routine or habit, we get completely derailed if we miss one time.

We move the needle by taking IMPERFECT ACTION!

Yes...imperfect action!

When we give ourselves permission to be less than perfect, we can often accomplish more than we imagine.
The key is to give ourselves some grace if we don't take the consistent action we intend.

Is there a big goal you are working toward achieving?
Instead of focusing on achieving the big goal, break it down to the smallest step that you feel confident about executing with success.

For example, If you want to shift your diet toward a Paleo diet, starting all at once and expecting to be 100% on plan may not be the best way to sustainably stay on plan.

But, if you change one thing...say...gluten free first for example...your success will be more likely.  AND, if you aren't perfectly gluten free, you are still moving toward your goal.

When my clients are creating new lifestyle routines, we never shoot for 100% success rate at first.  That is not setting them up for success.

By giving yourself some grace, and celebrating the small steps...you will get to your goal.
If you are shooting for a daily routine and you execute four times, that is four times more than previously accomplished, and you can build from there.

So toss "all or nothing" out the window and build your wellness routine one step at a time...
You WILL reach the top of the mountain!
