Are you aware that regular movement reduces all-cause mortality?  And that you don't need to be working out hard in a gym to reap the health benefits from movement?

Don't get me wrong...if you love working out at the gym or training regularly, and your body is up for the challenge...GREAT!

But the best way to build movement into your lifestyle is to have fun with it!

Do you like to walk or hike with friends 👫?  Or play team sports?  Perhaps you like the solitude of swimming laps.

Do you love being outdoors ☀️ (like me)?  Or do you prefer the controlled environment indoors?

These can be important questions to ask yourself.

I found this great resource by University of Colorado, Boulder that I am excited to share with you.

It is a Physical Activity Interest Sheet.  I encourage you to take a look at it, or better yet, complete it.

It may lead to new ideas and interests that you haven't previously explored.

The list is not complete, so be sure to add in any activities you love.  I added horseback riding to mine! 

Take Action

Take the time to consider what you enjoy.  Do the worksheet, and then try an activity that ranks high for you.

I encourage you to enlist a friend for accountability, support, and fun!
