Over the years, I have developed some travel habits that support me feeling well and energized on the go.

Typically, I share my personal tips and tricks with my clients, but I have had requests recently so you are in luck.

As I write this, I am excitedly getting ready for my summer vacation.  This year we are driving to our destination.  This means that I get to pack a cooler, which makes it super easy to have my clean food options with me, and be in total control of my food.

I have written about travel snacks and food before, so this time I want to focus on keeping my toxin exposure down.
In addition to packing my usual, clean, personal care products, I always make sure to bring my soap.
What kind of soaps?  ALL of them!

I use organic shea butter soap and I like to cut the bar into small pieces to travel with.  This way I always have my soap, and because it's a bar...I don't have to worry about bringing it home, or wasting it.

But that's not the only soap I am bringing.  Since we are going to be cooking on our vacation, I am bringing my own dish soap with me as well.
I have no interest in using chemical laden dish soap all week!  (I even bring my own sponge, but that may be over the top! 😉)

I also pack a small bottle of my laundry detergent...you get the idea.

If you like to travel light, one of my favorite hacks is to bring Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile soap.  It will serve you as a shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent...and more!

These may be things you don't think about when you travel...but they may help keep you at the top of your game so you can enjoy yourself even more!

This is the way to stay truly clean when you travel!

Take Action

Consider taking your soap with you when you travel and stay truly clean. Plan ahead!  What will you bring with you.
