Are you a soda drinker?
It can be a challenging habit to change...but NOT impossible!
My clients who have given up their soda are always surprised that it no longer holds any appeal.
The amount of inflammation that soda causes is nothing to sneeze at.

And it has absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever! It is purely empty calories.
The simple step of trading your soda out for unsweetened, flavored sparkling water can make a bigger impact on your health, and your weight, then you might imagine.
Be sure to look for brands that don't add unnecessary ingredients. Two of my favorite brands are La Croix and Spindrift.
Instead of drinking sugar-loaded, or worse yet, chemical loaded, dehydrating drinks, flavored sparkling water can satisfy those cravings and become a beloved alternative that is hydrating and supportive of your health.
