Welcome to Take Your Power Back Thursday!

Are you buying your water in disposable plastic bottles?

Even if you are using a refillable plastic water bottle at home, you are likely being exposed to toxic chemicals.

BPA (Bisphenol A) is a known endocrine disrupter. Which is a fancy word to say that it messes with your hormones!

Even bottles that are BPA free likely have other toxin that can leach into your water.

So while you are being thoughtful to hydrate, you might be increasing your toxin load.

Take Action

Replace your plastic bottles with a reusable glass or stainless steel bottle.

There are an abundance of safer options on the market.

If your preference is glass (my personal favorite) I recommend getting one in a silicon sleeve for durability.

That's it for this week's Take Your Power Back Thursday!

As always, feel free to reply to this email if you have any specific questions.

ps. By the way… I've gotten a lot of questions about what I do in my day to day life to avoid toxins and keep my autoimmunity at bay. If you're curious to see what my days look like, go follow me on Instagram and check my stories!
